What are the best ways to make acne disappear?

I'm 23 years old and my acne has never been so bad! I watch what I eat, get 7-8 hours of sleep each night, my dermatologist recently put me on Minocyclin… The acne is still there… It even seems worse now. I've been on the medicine for a little over two weeks. I feel that it should be cleared. Any remedies I haven't tried? Help!
I was also put on Retin-A. All it did was make my face peel.
One more question… Does pouring hydrogen peroxide on your acne work?

I wish I could help. My 13-year-old daughter also has acne. Her doctor put her on Tetracycline but it didn't really help and it made her skin more sensitive to sunlight. Then she was switched to birth control pills, which are sometimes given to female acne sufferers to regulate the hormones that are causing the acne. It didn't really help either. I can't help but wonder if she will end up using Accutane, which I've heard is very effective but has side effects such as depression and is known to cause birth defects (I'm not too worried about that part at her age).

I am looking for a store(s) that is medium sized, has good selection and prices are competitive to other health food stores. Foods for Living and Better Health stores are two I am familiar with already. W.F.M. is large although I am not sure about visiting after reading some articles concerning store policies and management. Thanks for the suggestions and comments.

It is going to outbeat even the potable water. Any '' No'' Please ?

The Desalination process is cost prohibitive as it stands now. Mind you, a laptop was once cost prohibitive. The Arab Emirates have the bank notes to move forward reliability studies for the purpose of sea water being made potable for the good of the public health of their respective countries.

General Electric has a Division that does this very thing. They are desalinating water in Algiers and parts of Africa. Again, the technology is bulky and a massive undertaking due to different soil and water quality grades is necessary. For instance, a Fresh water Croc from Africa, would dry up and die in the States for all of the chlorine in the water and chemicals, like pharmaceuticals, plastic contaminants, lead, you name it. For a fresh water amphibian the water quality is poor. Relatively speaking, the water quality is good for humans, but not necessarily good for native species around the world whose very existence depends on clear green or blue water. These are the types of complexities this type of technology brings to bear. In smaller nation states, it may be a well known fact in terms of who will run it. More precisely how does government's role impact the use of the water plant? Is their regional stability? Is the water source shared between two countries, like Pakistan and India, for instance. Is the location for Desalination of water a vile location due to war, and then what will be the return on investment for private industry? These are hard questions that must be answered. The good thing is that this can be done, and will be done in many areas. Many underlying issues are hidden from view in order to make it work in harmony with local conditions, types of governments and wild life. Finally, the byproduct of producing clean water is what to do with the waste.
